Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments & Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Final payment is due at the time of service.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a full charge and will not be rebooked without a new deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of permanent makeup services, all payments are non-refundable. Results will vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
5. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are not included in the initial service price unless otherwise stated. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend their touch-up session within the recommended time frame.
6. Eligibility & Health Conditions
For your safety, you must be at least 18 years old to receive PMU services. You may not book if you are currently pregnant, nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, or taking certain medications (such as Accutane). Please disclose all health conditions prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled.
7. Photos & Social Media
Before and after photos are a standard part of the process and may be used for educational or promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of these images unless you request otherwise in writing before your service.
8. Right to Refuse Service
TrueFrame Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.
